ON EARTH YOUR DEAR BODY HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO PAIN AND CHANGE
On earth your dear
body has been subjected to pain and change, but then so are all bodies. Humans
are meant to change, from the smallness of the infant, through puberty until
mid-age. Then the changes of old age come, during which people learn humility
due to failing powers, and acceptance that youthful strength has changed. Life
is a passage: a transition, if you will, from the earthly to the eternal.
You are part of that heavenly transition during which an earthly human becomes ready for the wonder of the heavenly realm.
During your metamorphosis your cocoon, your earthly wrapping, has been changed. Do not despair. Life is a journey, not the final destination. And God is at the helm of your life-boat. Trust in Him, and you will never founder.
